2-3 years of relevant working experience (Property Administration)
- Assist the Site Manager in handling and maintaining proper records of inquiries or complaints received from residents/tenants, petty cash management and booking of the estate facilities.
- Establish and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate
- Maintain inventory of office stationery and equipment maintenance record and perform general administrative duties
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or above
- Proficient in English with strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Pleasant personality and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially in MS Excel & Word)
