Smart Property Management (S) Pte Ltd (“Smart Property”) was established as a result of the merger of SteadLink Asset Management Pte Ltd (“SteadLink”) and SunProp Property and Asset Management Consultants Pte Ltd (“SunProp”).

Both SteadLink and SunProp are companies that were established locally and have been in the business of providing managing agent services to both residential and commercial strata-titled properties since 2006 and 2009 respectively.

Smart Property is a corporate member of the accreditation body, Association of Strata Managers (ASM).

SteadLink and SunProp were accredited SISV-APFM (Category A) managing agents, combining the resources of the two companies, Smart Property has a total staff strength of more than 260. Today, Smart Property manages a portfolio of over 170 properties ranging from residential, commercial and industrial developments.
