Our management structure is based on the team approach with direct involvement of personnel from the head office. There will also be regular consultations between them and the head office management to ensure that the standards set are maintained. Through our team-based structure, our strength is that the loss of an individual staff in-charge would not weaken the quality of our management services. We are able to deliver efficient services with the minimum disruption caused by staff turnover, which is a common problem encountered by our competitors in this field of property management.
The head office support team will be headed by a Portfolio Manager who will be assigned when the appointment is made. Our Directors set out the directions for the management of the project while the Portfolio Manager supervises and directs the site operations. The Portfolio Manager will be in regular consultation with the Managing Director on matters relating to policies, relevant government regulations, and issues that impact the management of the project.
Our head office based Trust Accounts and Human Resource teams will complement the support to our site operations.
The site management team will be headed by the Condominium Manager/Building Manager. The team will be responsible for the day-to-day operational matters pertaining to the management of the estate. They will be supervised and directed by the Portfolio Manager from the head office.
All staff deployed to site undertakes the roles and responsibilities set out and will meet the specified qualifications as per your stipulated requirements.
It is our policy that all meetings with our clients are to be attended by at least by the Portfolio Manager and where necessary the Director. This is to ensure our clients can benefit from the inputs provided by either the Portfolio Manager or the Director at these meetings.
