Residents can book the facilities on the go 24/7 with simple clicks and receive instant booking confirmations and allows users to pay the refundable deposit through Online-Payment (SG Wallet) later after facility usage residents can request for deposit refund online in simple clicks! After management office verification refundable deposit credits back resident account (SG Wallet) it's as simple as 1,2,3...!

Residents can submit feedback and maintenance reporting by simply taking a picture and simple note to the management office round the clock! The Management office can respond and activate maintenance team/contractor to fix the reported issues immediately same time system allows Management office to provide a status update (follow up) to the resident/user via email. LifeUp has the feature to broadcast notifications and alerts to all the residents at the property, these notifications may be updates, notifications or alerts relating to the property by targeting users/residents of specific units (block, level or unit etc) broadcasted notices can include attachments file formats such as PDF, Image, Word, Excel, etc.

Lifeup mobile App has the flexibility to host bylaws/house rules and updates decisions, circulars and any other important notifications which can be downloaded by authenticated registered users (residents)

Maintenance Fund Payments

Subsidiary Proprietors may choose to pay regular maintenance payments via SG Wallet, secured by UOB 2FA authentication. It is an efficient and quick method to pay regular maintenance contributions to avoid late payment interest charges to MCST's.
